Grip retrieves the forecast for the destination zip code on the scheduled delivery date, then evaluates it against transit time for each available carrier and service level.

Grip selects from the packout configurations your team has already lab-validated and lane-tested. It does not generate new configurations.

Alternatives are ranked by cost and risk, the reasoning for each is recorded, and your team retains override authority.

Pack station instruction

The technician scans the prescription and the station returns today's packout: an exploded component diagram, a verification checklist, and the one-line reason for the selection. Components are confirmed as each is scanned. The label prints once the checklist is complete.

The same drug shipping the same day to Dallas and to Minneapolis receives a different configuration, because the conditions in transit are different. Across a full shipping volume, that difference is where refrigerant cost and excursion rate are actually determined.
